Course is mandatory for all candidates of the Teaching Profession in India. B.Ed. is a professional degree course has been designed for those aspirants who are interested to pursue a career in teaching. Nowadays the demand for B.Ed. degree is Compulsory for teaching jobs. After completing B.Ed. degree you will become a teacher.

Innovative Teaching Method:- In B.Ed. course the Pupil-teacher are taught effective &innovative ways of teaching like a Powerpoint presentation, online education. So they can impart knowledge that could to students. By the Innovative teaching method, the candidates are therefore taught how to gain & retain the attention of the students so that they learn the knowledge the candidates impart. When Students pursuing the B.Ed. Course the candidates will also learn about information communication technology where the course will help the candidates learn about the theoretical &Practical applications of ICT. ICT has important role play in teacher education & gave the knowledge to the learners with computer& laptop.
Important & Positive aspects:- B.Ed. Course has its own importance with respect to Quality education. B.Ed. degree is the Pillar &compulsory to impart quality education &innovative teaching techniques. B.Ed. The course improves the quality of education with respect to moral values ðics.
(I) Behaviour: – Behaviour means the overall qualities &personalities of a person who can motivate another person with his behaviour. Teacher’s behaviour is a role model for society. Students behaviour is the reflection of his teacher’s behaviour. Generally, It has always said that teachers are the makers of leaders of society.
(II) Knowledge:- Knowledge refers to learning concepts, principles& information regarding a particular subject. As we know that teacher is a role model of our society & teachers are known as the future maker &we can not any progress without knowledge & teacher’s standard can be measured through their knowledge.
(III) Morality:- A teacher should always work to teach moral teaching to students as a teacher directly. Values & Morality has an important role in teacher education. In B.Ed. course Philosophy subject is the backbone of moral values & ethics. As we know the teacher should maintain moral values because the teacher is the role model of his students &society.
(IV) Teaching Skill:- We know that skill is the ability to carry out a task with determined results often within a given amount of time ,energy or both. In B.Ed. Course Microteaching is a teacher training technique that helps the pupil teachers to improve the teaching skill. In B.Ed. Course Microteaching is a procedure in which a student-teacher or pupil-teacher practices teaching with a reduced number of students in a reduced period of time emphasis on a narrow &specific teaching skill. So It is one of the most important tasks for ensuring a strong community &strong nation. The learners & their parents are important elements in this Endeavour but Skillful teacher assuring the quality education system.
(V) Punctuality: – Punctuality is also an important skill required by employers. It displays a person’s respect for people & time punctuality in terms of coming to work on time. Punctuality is an essential component for pupil teachers. In the school Teachers who come on time & take their responsibilities seriously, Principal & College management gave the reward for their punctuality. So Punctuality, Patience, Good behavior these habits will go a long way for a bright future you, your students &Society.

(VI) Scope in the field Job:- With this degree, there is a lot of scope in the education field. After completed the B.Ed. Course Candidate can work in schools, Colleges & other education sector like as school administrators, educational, counselors & freelance trainers. This course enhances the knowledge capacity of the students after doing B.Ed. degree Course but in a private school, there is no good position. It is a drawback.
(VII) Salary Matter:- B.Ed. is considered as a course that is specially connected to teaching to the teaching profession. So Candidate can apply for a teaching position as a teacher. But in Private schools, there is no more salary. It is a drawback. Teachers are facing many difficulties in private schools. It is a negative point.
(VII) More competition: It is true that government jobs in the teaching department have their perks and facilities but it is also true that it is not easy to get success in a competitive examination for every candidate. Sometimes their aptitude does not match the format of competitive examination and they get fail to compete.
So in the end, we can say B.Ed. Is a good course & provides great scope for the development of sound knowledge. It develops a sound knowledge base for trainee teachers in content knowledge.
